Spring Skiing is one of my favorite things in life (one of many!) Here in Utah spring skiing is the best and Salt Lake City is 20 - 60 minutes away from nine (that's right 9) world class ski resorts. The Salt Lake City Market Update for the First Week of March 2009
To keep you on top of the market conditions, here is the real estate activity from Salt Lake City, Utah.
There are a total of 1,545 single family homes currently for sale.
101 homes just listed the first week of March.
There are a total of 186 homes currently pending with 58 going under contract last week which up from 47 the prior week.
