The Salt Lake City Market Update for the First Week of March 2009

101 homes just listed the first week of March.

There are a total of 186 homes currently pending with 58 going under contract last week which up from 47 the prior week.

26 Homes sold last week as compared to 46 homes sold the prior week.  This is typical as many property closings are scheduled for the end of the month.
